·    Klaudijus Maniokas, Chairman of the Board of ESTEP. Doctor of Social (Political) Science. Former deputy Chief negotiator for EU Accession of the Republic of Lithuania and Deputy Director of the European Committee under the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.

The main areas of competence: coordination of EU affairs, impact assessment of Lithuanian integration into the EU, implementation of European Neighborhood Policy, public administration, strategic planning.

 

·    Rimvydas Baranauskas, Member of the Board of ESTEP. Master of business administration (MBA studies). Founder of financial consulting company Prime Investment.

The main areas of competence: investment banking, strategic planning.

 

·     Egidijus Bernotas, Member of the Board of ESTEP. Master of Law. Partner of the law firm Bernotas & Dominas Glimstedt.

The main areas of competence: international and commercial law.

 

·     Žydrūnas Gaudiešius, Member of the Board of ESTEP. Master of Sociology. Head of the market and public opinion research company TNS Gallup.

The main areas of competence: human resources planning, social research.  

 

·     Darius Žeruolis, Member of the Board of ESTEP. Master of Political Science. Former   Deputy Government Secretary for EU Affairs, Office of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.

The main areas of competence: Implementation of the EU acquis: priority setting, programming, institution building, monitoring and coordination; impact assessment of Lithuanian integration into the EU.

 

·     Loreta Žeimytė, Member of the Board of ESTEP. Master of business administration (MBA Studies). General director of the holding company Prime Partners.

The main areas of competence: enterprise management, EU structural funds financial assistance for private sector.

The main areas of competence: consulting on EU Structural funding rules and procedures, impact assessment of Lithuanian integration into the EU, evaluation of EU structural funds programmes and projects, project management.

 

·     Justas Šakėnas, Marketing Manager. Bachelor of Business Management.

     The main areas of competence: cooperation with local, regional and central government institutions in order to identify and implement in practice innovative project ideas, preparation and management of the feasibility studies, researches, projects.        

 

·         Aurimas Andrulis, Project Manager. Master of Public Administration.

The main areas of competence: public policy analysis and evaluation, public administration, management of technical assistance projects.

 

·     Algirdas Davidavičius, Project Manager. Master of Philosophy.

The main areas of competence: consulting on human resources management, organizational development and other social issues, preparation of ex-ante, intermediate and ex-post evaluation of programs, projects on social services, human resources development measures, public policy measures for gender equality advancement, preparation, implementation and administration of projects funded from international agencies and organizations (UNDP, SIDA), and EU funding programs (PHARE, ESF, ERDF).
