During the project, training programs were developed for various target groups and trainings were conducted, addressing the topics &#8220;EU decision-making and implementation&#8221;, &#8220;Legal and institutional framework of the EU&#8221;, &#8220;EU sectoral policies&#8221;, &#8220;Negotiation and communication skills&#8221;. In total, 213 training sessions were organized in Lithuanian and English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training provided Lithuanian civil servants who joined the EU Presidency team in 2013 with the necessary knowledge, practical skills and confidence to operate successfully in the EU context.
